In some cases concerns or problems that are occurring in one’s life can relate to a lack of boundaries, balance or adequate self-care. Looking for ways to change this and developing a new balanced life plan may help. This may include looking at ones sleep, diet, thought processes, exercise routine and relationship patterns. When focus is placed too much on one area of life other areas often suffer. This can cause tension, worry, sadness, relationship concerns or other problems. Fulfilling daily obligations can be difficult enough while working to find ways to increase our own care in thoughtful ways can help. In essence if it’s not working it may be time to look at a new life plan to focuses on better balance, self-care, boundaries, our thought processes and realistic expectations of ourselves and others. Are you truly treating yourself the best you can be? Are you being fair and honest with yourself? Sometimes caring for ourselves is last on the list when in fact caring for our needs is essential in being able to care for others. Maybe a new or modified life plan can help?
